When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships (tracking may take 24–48 hours to update).
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged area. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Is this fixture dimmable?
Yes—when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Dimming performance depends on bulb + dimmer compatibility. If you share your dimmer model (or a photo), we can help confirm.
Does this light work with sloped ceilings?
Yes. Most of our fixtures can be installed on sloped ceilings with the appropriate hardware. If your ceiling is sloped, please share a photo and the approximate angle, and we’ll confirm the best canopy/hanging setup.
Can I adjust the hanging length?
In most cases, the hanging length can be adjusted during installation by shortening the chain/rod/cable. If you need a longer drop or a specific total height, contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.
