1) Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing an order.

2) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options shown at checkout.

3) Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update certain details (such as contact information). Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

4) How long does shipping take?

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and also in our Shipping Policy. As a general guideline:

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Standard Air Freight (transit): 7–15 business days
5) Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

6) Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

7) What about large/oversize items?

Some oversize items may ship via ocean freight due to size and handling requirements. If applicable, we will confirm the shipping method and timeline with you.

8) What if my package is delayed?

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, or peak-season volume. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help check with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

9) What is your return window?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.

10) Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made / made-to-order items
  • Light bulbs
  • Items that are installed, used, altered, or missing original packaging/materials
11) How do I start a return?

Email us at support@kensmere.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

12) What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.

13) When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Products & Installation

14) Are bulbs included?

Bulb inclusion and dimmability vary by model. Please refer to the “Light Source” and “Dimmable” details on each product page.

15) Can you help me confirm the right size for my space?


Yes. Share your ceiling height, room size, and a photo of the installation area, and we can suggest a suitable size and drop length.

16) Do you provide installation services?

We do not provide on-site installation. We recommend using a licensed electrician for safe installation.
