United States Shipping

The processing times and delivery estimates listed below apply to orders shipped within the US.
Estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Orders are produced and shipped from our manufacturing partners or overseas facilities.

1) Order Processing Time

All orders require 2–4 business days for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2) Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–15 business days (transit)
Estimated delivery time = 2–4 business days processing + 7–15 business days transit.

3) Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

4) Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, peak season volume, or other factors outside our control.

5) Damages, Missing Items & Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or with a shipping-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos of:

  • The product issue

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution (such as replacement parts shipment or other support). Please keep all original packaging materials until the case is fully resolved.
