Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kensmere. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled, but you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kensmere.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition.

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the specific return address of our nearest processing center and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

*Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the shipping label or the business office address without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Kensmere provides free return shipping for eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized lighting fixtures.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".
